Running seems like a safe sport, so many people are surprised to learn that often cause injury, muscles, tendons, bones and joints. During the race of your foot hits the ground with a force equal to three times the body weight, more power to go twice as high. Many common running injuries are bio-mechanical causes. For example, pain in the right knee is often just passing through the rotor always treated on the street. To facilitate drainage, road slope a few degrees from the center to the sides. Walk down the side of a road, facing traffic, making the right leg to be higher than the left, and a higher proportion the strength of the foot strike into the side of the knee of the leg higher will be transferred.
Pain behind the kneecap is often associated with inserts treated in special shoes. If you run, you land on the bottom outside of the foot and roll inward. This makes the leg inward while the ball by muscle quadriceps pulls in the opposite direction. This causes the kneecap rubs against the long bones of the thigh. Special Operations can be placed in the shoes, rollers the edge of the foot and prevent knee pain.
Biomechanics in other sports injuries can explain. Back pain in cyclists is often increased only handlebar. Excessive bending places undue burden on lower back muscles. The increased tiller can reduce forces in the lower back and heal the pain. If something that hurts, if the practice questions you can make bio-mechanics, with the burden on that to remove a portion of his body.

Customize worth a Kona Blast 08 or Should I buy another bike?
I have a Kona blast and was planning to change any of the parties, forks, wheels, handlebars, stem, seat and then try to make it easier and better buy, or just another bike. the wheel seems very difficult for me now and do not know if all these parts will help change it, any advice would be great
Now I have a bike that sells for $ 649.00 New in '08. It is less than 3 years old! Replacing all the parts you do not mention lighten the bike as much of a degree to any real change notice. The Mountain bikes, especially forks and disc brakes is heavier than a fork with a solid front and V-brakes. would be enjoyed over a bike-must sell as good as. a ceiling is another man's floor, I guess.
